Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL will conduct 6 public hearings as part of its regular council meeting on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at the City Office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearings shall begin at 6:30 p.m. and shall be conducted in the order below: 1. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution opening all of the City 2013/2014 budgets and making interdepartmental transfers and adjustments to balance the budgets. 2. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution setting the salaries and benefits for city employees for 2014/2015. 3. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a a code amendment setting the salaries and benefits of statutory officers and elected officials for 2014/2015. 4. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution adopting the 2014/2015 certified tax rate. 5. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution adopting the 2014/2015 operating and capital budgets for the General Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund, and Stormwater Fund. 6. Receive public input, then consider for possible adoption a resolution setting the dollar value for the "Fee In Lieu of Water"; Dedication transfer upon development and/or subdividing for 2014/2015. Copies of the tentatively approved budgets for all funds are available for inspection at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville Monday thru Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
