Read and approve minutes. 2. Request for a home business license: Fidelian Sanchez is requesting a home business license at 250 west Center. She will be doing house keeping. 3. Review and recommend zoning changes to the council. 4. Review meeting protocol and land use ordinance. 5. Identification of issues members would like on future agendas.
