- ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Grantsville City Sealed bids will be received by Grantsville City at the City Hall, 429 East Main Street, Grantsville, Utah 84029 until 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 10, 2014 on the following project: Grantsville City Burmester Road Water Pipeline Project Plans and specifications may be obtained at the Grantsville City Hall, 429 E. Main St., Grantsville, UT 84029 or at Civil Proj-Ex, 225 E. Main St., Suite M, Grantsville, UT 84029 or at www.bidsync.com. The cost for the plans shall be $50.00, which shall be non-refundable. A bid bond of 5% must accompany each bid. Grantsville City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any of the items in the bid. Only bids giving a firm quotation, properly signed and accompanied by a bid bond will be accepted. The successful bidder should anticipate a notice of award on or about June 20, 2014. A pre-bid conference will be held on May 27, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in the Grantsville City Library, 42 North Bowery Street, Grantsville, UT 84029. The project will be discussed in detail, and questions may be asked at the pre-bid meeting.
