NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Community CUCF Advisory Committee will hold a meeting Friday, May 23,2014 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, beginning at 1:00 p.m. 1) Discuss CUCF Future Plans for Growth 2) Discuss CUCF Growth in Relationship to Utilization of Local Medical Facilities 3) Discuss Support of Education Programs at CUCF 4) Discuss Gunnison City Proposed Water Rates, Water Quality and Service 5) Discuss Volunteerism in Supporting Local Community Events 6) Other Items of Business 7) Schedule Next Quarterly Meeting 8) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
