- The Nibley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a preliminary plat for the Brian Anderson Subdivision, a minor subdivision located at 780 West 3200 South. The hearing will be held Wednesday, May 14, 2014, at 7:15 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard.
