Roll Call 2. Public Comments 15 minutes 3. 2014-01,Zoning Ordinance Amendment Review and Discussion 4. Resolution 2014-13, Sewer Fees 5. Neighborhood Watch Program 6. McKay Lindow, Eagle Scout Project Request 7. Mark Allen, Bluegrass Festival 8. Zoning Permits a. Jay & Suelyn Orr b. Jeff Watson 9. Mayor, Council and Department Reports 10. Payment of Bills 11. Adjournment From time to time, matters are discussed by the City Council that do not appear on the posted agenda. Items that require/request action taken by the City Council will appear in the Action Items section of each posted agenda. Submitted action items for the Council agenda must be submitted to the City Recorders office by the Friday prior to the Council meeting and should be accompanied by any and all supporting written documentation. Without such documentation, the recorder reserves the right to postpone the hearing of any item until such documentation has been submitted. Spring City invites any community organization, church or resident of the City to contact the City Recorder to be scheduled for presenting a thought, reading or invocation in the expression of choice portion of the public meeting. The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice was posted this the 29st , day of April, 2014. A copy was faxed to the Messenger, Pyramid and KMTI and posted at the Spring City Hall, Spring City Post Office, Spring City Main Street Message Board and posted on the Utah State Public website, a link is available on the city website at www.springcitycorp.com.
