Items that require/request action taken by the City Council will appear in the Action Items section of each posted agenda. Submitted action items for the Council agenda must be submitted to the City Recorders office by the Friday prior to the Council meeting and should be accompanied by any and all supporting written documentation. Without such documentation, the recorder reserves the right to postpone the hearing of any item until such documentation has been submitted.
Spring City invites any community organization, church or resident of the City to contact the City Recorder to be scheduled for presenting a thought, reading or invocation in the expression of choice portion of the public meeting.
