MEETING NOTICE OF THE POWDER MOUNTAIN WATER & SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Powder Mountain Water & Sewer Improvement District will hold a meeting in the Weber County Commission Conference Room # 365 of the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd, Ogden, Utah, commencing at 8:30 am on Tuesday, April 29, 2014. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome Commissioner Matthew G Bell, Chair B. Report on the Sewer System Paul Southwick, Sewer Manager C. Report on the Water System Evan Miller, Water Manager D. Report on the District Financials Angie Illum, Treasurer E. Consent Items 1. Request for approval of the minutes for the meeting held on March 25, 2014. F. Action 1. Request for approval of contract by and between Rocky Mountain Power and Powder Mountain Water and Sewer Improvement District for electric service for Powder Mountain Sewer Lift #1 operation at or near Summit at Powder Mountain, Eden, Utah. Presenter: Rick Everson 2. Request for approval of contract by and between Rocky Mountain Power and Powder Mountain Water and Sewer Improvement District for electric service for Powder Mountain Sewer Lift #3 operation at or near Summit at Powder Mountain, Eden, Utah. Presenter: Rick Everson 3. Request for approval of contract by and between Rocky Mountain Power and Powder Mountain Water and Sewer Improvement District for electric service for Powder Mountain Sewer Lift #4 operation at or near Spring Park Drive, Eden, Utah. Presenter: Rick Everson 4. Request for approval of contract by and between Rocky Mountain Power and Powder Mountain Water and Sewer District for Electric service for Hidden Lake Pump Station-Well operation at or near Hidden Lake, Eden Utah. Presenter: Rick Everson 5. Discussion and/or action to authorize the PMWSID engineer, John Reeve, to release the plan improvement letters related to the sewer and water infrastructure in relation to Summit Eden Phase 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, Summit Eden Ridge Nests, and Summit Eden Village Nests. Presenter: Rick Everson 6. Discussion and/ or action on a request for approval of annexation plat located in section 7 and section 8 of Township 7 North, Range 2 East, SLB and M., Weber County, Utah. Presenter: Rick Everson 7. Discussion and /or action to review adjustment to Summit sewer pump station locations. Presenter: John Reeve 8. Discussion and/or action on proposed water line connection between Hidden Lake storage tank to Timberline storage tank. Presenter: John Reeve G. Other/ Non-Action 1.
