- Nibley City has several items of surplus property being sold by sealed bid. All bids must be dropped off or mailed to Nibley City Hall 455 West 3200 South by Monday May 5th, 2014. Bids will be opened May 7th, 2014. All items must be paid for by certified funds within 10 days. The following are the surplus items: 580M Case Series 2 Backhoe, 1925 hours, minimum bid $32,500 Land Plane, minimum bid $150 Jumping Jack Compactor, minimum bid $100 Fisher Plow, minimum $200 2 Farm Fuel Tanks, minimum bid $50 each 25 5/8" water meters, minimum bid $5 each No warranties written or implied.
