Box 790 Gunnison, Utah 84634 Phone 528-7696 Fax 528-7958 Notice of Regular Meeting and Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at Gunnison City Hall, 38 west Center, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda is as follows: 1. Read and approve minutes. 2. Public hearing: A proposed change in Zoning at approximately 290 North 100 West from a Single-Family Residential District (R-2-10,000) to a Mixed Use District-Residential and Commercial (R&C-1). 3. Request for a home business license: Susan Baldwin is requesting a home business license at 490 South Rock Creek Drive. Her business will be The Beehive. She will have bees, honey and pollination. 4.
