- LEWISTON CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Lewiston City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:30 pm Tuesday, April 22, 2014 in the Lewiston City Council Chambers located at 29 South Main, Lewiston, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to open the budget and accept public input on any modifications or revisions of the budget for the FY13-14. Julie T.
