Notice is hereby given that prior to the regular scheduled Wellsville City Council Meeting, the Council will meet at the intersection of Center Street and 400 North to review the new sidewalk at 5:15 p.m. City Council meeting will then start at 6:00 p.m. at the City Offices. The agenda is as follows: 1. Roll call 2. Opening ceremony 3. Approval of the agenda 4. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 5. Approval of disbursements 6. Citizen input 7. Don Davis with Cache County Building Inspection department to present the annual 2013 building report 8. Larry Mortensen to discuss City open space 9. Possible award contract for rental of part of the open space in the Mount Sterling Estates Subdivision 10. Robert Bolton-proposed auto plaza concerns 11. Katie Christensen-safety concerns of proposed auto plaza 12. Ruston Walker-safety concerns of proposed auto plaza 13. Discuss and possibly approve the proposed contract on cell phone towers on city property 14. Discuss possible request to sell water outside city limits 15. Presentation of 2014/2015 tenative budgets 16. Department reports 17. City Manager/Recorders report
