- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 23, 2013 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center at 7:00 p.m. to receive public comment on: 1. A proposed change in Zoning at approximately 290 North 100 West from a Single-Family Residential District (R-2-10,000) to a Mixed Use District-Residential and Commercial (R&C-1). In compliance with ADA, citizens needing auxiliary communicative aids and accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should contact City Offices at 435-528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
