NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a City Council Meeting Thursday, April 10, 2014 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 8:00 a.m. 1) Invocation 2) Discuss Current City Projects with Employees 3) Review Social Media Policy with Employees 4) Proposed Approval of Funding for Matching Grant Awarded by EDC Utah ~ Council Member Judy 5) Proposed Approval of Funding and Use of Equestrian Park for BMX Track ~ Council Member Donaldson 6) Future Items to be Listed on Agenda 7) Proposed Approval of Bills and Adjustments 8) Closed Session 9) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
