- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. At 6:05 p.m. conduct a public hearing to receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Steve Kyriopoulos for a conditional use for a "Auto Travel Plaza" to include fuel delivery, C-Store, restaurant, car wash, RV parking, farmers market, including billboard sign improvements on the Northeast corner of the intersection of 400 North and Highway 89/91 7. Robert Bolton-discuss truck stop 8. Other zoning matters
