PLANNING AND ZONING To be Set Ordinance Amendment Residential Compatibility Overlay Zone For more than two years, both Millcreek Planning Commission and the Salt Lake County Planning & Development Services Department have received and considered extensive input and commentary from Township citizens, interest groups and the four Township Community Councils through written submissions and lengthy hearings. The proposed ordinance would create a Salt Lake County Residential Compatibility Overlay Zone (RCOZ) applicable only to Millcreek Township and would place certain limits on new residential construction and major remodel projects.
