Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Farr West City will hold a Public Hearing and its Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 Meeting Called to Order - Pledge of Allegiance Public Hearing as Advertised - Discuss and/or act upon the intent of the Legislative body to re-zone the James N. Randall Family LLC Property, from the A-1 Zone to the C-2 Commercial Zone, including land serial numbers 19-017-0064, 19-017-0018, 19-017-0020 and 19-017-0049 1. Motion - Close Public Hearing and Proceed with Regular Meeting 2. Follow-up and Approval of Minutes dated August 19, 2009 3. Follow-up and Approval of Minutes dated September 2, 2009 4. Report from Planning Commission 5. Motion - Approval of the James N. Randall Family LLC Property Re-zone, from the A-1 Zone to the C-2 Commercial Zone, including land serial numbers 19-017-0064, 19-017-0018, 19-017-0020 and 19-017-0049 6. Motion - Appoint Matt Gwynn to the Planning Commission as a Full-time Member and make Bob Rauzi an Alternate Member 7. Motion - Set Public Hearing for Approval of the Nuisance Ordinance 8.
