PROVO CITY CORPORATION COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT Administrative Hearing Agenda April 16, 2014 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Provo City Planning Commission Administrative Hearing on delegated applications will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2014, at 5:00 p.m. at 330 West 100 South, Provo. ITEM 1 Mykel Davis, agent for Brigham Young University, requests Minor Project Plan Approval for locating of 5 temporary trailers in conjunction with The National Center for Health Statistics, Centers for Disease Control and prevention, and United State Department of Health and Human Services study on the property located at 2221 North Canyon Road in the PF (Public Facility) zone. Pleasant View Neighborhood 14-0004MPPA, Carrie Walls, 801-852-6413 ITEM 2 Stan Raass, agent for Raass Brothers Inc., requests Project Plan Approval for a new Vehicle Maintenance consisting of 9,060 square feet of warehouse area on one level and 6,172 square feet of office area on two levels on the property located at 671 East 1780 South in the M2 (Heavy Manufacturing) zone. East Bay Neighborhood 14-0004PPA, Carrie Walls, 801-852-6413 ITEM 3 Mark Johnson, agent for Questar Gas, requests approval of a Minor Project Plan for a Temporary Staging Area for the Belt Line Replacement Project on the property located at 1116-1152 West Center Street in the FC2 (Freeway Commercial 2) zone. Decisions may be appealed to the Provo City Board of Adjustment by filing an appeal application within fourteen (14) days following the decision.
