Final Approval - Woodward Ranch Subdivision at 7430 W. 5100 S. owned by Haylee and Brady Woodard (1 lot) 5. Preliminary Approval – for the Dunlap Subdivision at 4512 W. 5500 S. owned by Doug Hamblin, M&D Development. (7 lots) 6. General Plan Review – Planning Commission working on the land use for Hooper City.
