- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION will conduct a public hearing as part of its regular meeting on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at the City Office at 75 East Main in Wellsville at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Steve Kyriopoulos for a conditional use for a "Auto Travel Plaza" to include fuel delivery, C-Store, restaurant, car wash, RV parking, farmers market, including billboard sign improvements on the Northeast corner of the intersection of 400 North and Highway 89/91.
