NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Thursday, March 27, 2014, at 8:00 am, a public hearing will be held in the Main Conference Room, Salt Lake City Department of Public Utilities, 1530 South West Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah, before the Salt Lake City Public Utilities Advisory Committee to receive public comments regarding a proposed land trade between Metropolitan Water District of Salt Lake and Sandy (MWDSLS) and Salt Lake City. The proposed trade of property will be a portion of City owned property/easements at approximately 9400 South Wasatch Blvd with property/easements owned by MWDSLS at 3430 East Danish Road. For property information, please contact Karryn Greenleaf at 801-483-6769. The hearing will be conducted pursuant to Section 2.58.040 of the City Code and interested persons may appear and comment on the proposal.
