- Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Council will conduct 2 public hearings as part of its regular council meeting on Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearings shall begin at 6:30 p.m. and shall be conducted in the order below: 1. Receive public input, consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, then consider for possible adoption a resolution adopting the proposed "Affordable Housing Plan". 2. Receive public input, consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, then consider for possible adoption an amendment to the City Code, adopting the proposed "Landscape Code".
