The Regular Meeting of the West Valley City Council will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at 6:30 P.M., in the City Council Chambers, West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, Utah. Approval of Minutes: A. February 25, 2014 (Regular Meeting) 6. Awards, Ceremonies and Proclamations: A. Employee of the Month, March 2014 - Don Groo, Finance Department B. Danyce Steck, Past President of the Utah Government Finance Officers Association - Presentation of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) Award to West Valley City ? 7. Comment Period: A. Public Comments B. City Manager Comments C. City Council Comments (The comment period is limited to 30 minutes. Any person wishing to comment shall limit their comments to five minutes. Any person wishing to comment during the comment period shall request recognition by the Mayor. Upon recognition, the citizen shall approach the microphone. All comments shall be directed to the Mayor. No person addressing the City Council during the comment period shall be allowed to comment more than once during that comment period. Accept Public Input Regarding Application No. S-28-2013, filed by DLM Development - Bret Mackay, Requesting Final Plat Approval for the 201 Commerce Center Subdivision No. 3 and the Amendment of Parcel C of the 201 Commerce Center Subdivision No. 2 Located at 2200 South Commerce Center Drive Action: Consider Ordinance No. 14-18, Approving the Amendment of Parcel C of the 201 Commerce Center Subdivision No. 2 Located in West Valley City, Utah 9. Resolutions: A. 14-38: Approve an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Salt Lake County to Provide Congregate Meals and Transportation to the Harman Senior Recreation Center 10. New Business: A.
