- Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Planning Commission will conduct 2 public hearings as part of its regular meeting on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said public hearings shall begin at 6:05 p.m. and shall be conducted in the order below: 1. Receive public input, then consider making a recommendation to the City council on the proposed Affordable Housing Plan. 2. Receive public input, then consider making a recommendation to the City Council on the proposed Landscaping Code.
