Consent Agenda 5:35 p.m. (1) Jay Leishman Subdivision - Jay Leishman is requesting a recommendation of approval to the County Council for a 2-lot subdivision on 2.84 acres of property in the Agricultural Zone located at approximately 685 West 8100 South, Paradise. (2) Garland Acres Subdivision Amended - Kyle Yonk is requesting a recommendation of approval to the County Council for an amendment to an existing subdivision for the relocation of Lot 2 on 81.42 acres of property in the Agricultural Zone located at approximately 6970 West 600 North, Petersboro. (6) Lazy 9 Ranch Subdivision Phase 2 - Garrett Mansell and Danny Macfarlane are requesting a recommendation of approval to the County Council for a 5-lot subdivision on 24.75 acres of property in the Agricultural Zone located at approximately 94 East 7340 North, Smithfield. (7) Estancia Subdivision Phase 4 - Todd Morrill is requesting a recommendation of approval to the County Council for a 4-lot subdivision on 14.34 acres of property in the Agricultural Zone located at approximately 1600 West 6925 North, northwest of Smithfield (8) Discussion - Amendment to the Cache County Comprehensive Plan.
