Description/Agenda: Notice of Regular Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at Gunnison City Hall, 38 west Center, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda is as follows: 1. Read and approve minutes. 2. Request for a home business license: Leann Karren is requesting a home business license at 136 east 100 north. The business name is Wrapped Up. 3. Babi's Bakery: Discussion on business located at 622 So Main. 4. Lynn Pickett: Discussion on zoning on property owned by Lynn Pickett. 5. Review current Zoning Map and discuss proposed changes. 6.
