The agenda is as follows: 1. Mayor Thomas G. Bailey to intruduce the new commission member and the appointment of the new chairperson 2. Welcome 3. Roll call 4. Opening ceremony 5. Approval of the agenda 6. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 7. Beginning at 6:05 conduct the following public hearings: A. Receive public input, then consider for approval a request from William Everitt for a conditional use for a Level 1 "Home Occupation" for handyman services and internet sales from his home at 495 North 150 East. B. Receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Dwight Atkinson for a conditional use for a Level 2 "Home Occupation" to operate a construction company from his home at 181 East 200 South C. Receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Steve Kyriopoulos for a conditional use for a "Auto Travel Plaza" including fuel delivery, C-store, restaurant, car wash, RV parking and a farmers market on property at the NE corner of the intersection of Highway 89/91 and 400 North. 8. Robert Bolton-discuss the truck stop 9. Discuss road master plan in the CH, Highway Commercial zone 10. Other zoning matters
