- The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment concerning proposed changes to the Nibley City subdivision ordinance. This public hearing will be held Thursday, March 6, 2014 at 6:30 pm, or as soon thereafter as can be heard. The public hearing will be held at the Nibley City Hall, 455 West 3200 South, Nibley, Utah. The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment concerning proposed changes to the Nibley City land use chart and associated definitions. This public hearing will be held Thursday, March 6, 2014 at 6:30 pm, or as soon thereafter as can be heard. The public hearing will be held at the Nibley City Hall, 455 West 3200 South, Nibley, Utah.
