- The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment regarding the Malouf Subdivision, a proposed commercial/industrial subdivision located at approximately 1500 West 2960 South. The public hearing will be on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard. The public will be held at the Nibley City Hall, 455 West 3200 South, Nibley, UT
