GUNNISON CITY PUBLIC MEETING LAND USE HEARING OFFICER MARCH 4, 2014 COUNCIL CHAMBERS, GUNNISON CITY HALL VARIANCE APPLICATION PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE The Gunnison City Land Use Hearing Officer will conduct a Public Meeting at 2:00PM, Tuesday March 4, 2014 in the Council Chambers, Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center Street, Gunnison, Utah 84634 for the purpose of receiving information and considering an Application submitted by Mr. Jorgan Jensen for a Variance from Chapter 13 – Subdivision Road Improvements for property located at approximately 200 North 230 West, Gunnison, Utah. Anyone interest in this matter is advised to attend the meeting. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
