- The Carbon County Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at 4:30 PM in the Conference Room of the Planning Building located at 65 S. 100 E., Price, Utah 84501 AGENDA 1. Review and approval of minutes from previous meetings. 2. Update on previous actions. 3. Review of Second Draft of Pleasant Valley General/Master Plan and possible approval and recommendation to the County Commission. 4. Request for approval of a zone change from RR-1 to I-2 and approval and recommendation to the County Commission for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Gravel Pit on Old Wellington Road, Bert Christensen and Scamp Excavation. 5. Request for Final Approval of Phase 1, 12-lot subdivision, Barred Choice LLC Planned Development on Airport Road, Sam Quigley. 6. Request for Concept approval of Theos Vista Subdivision, 5 lots at approximately 1550 W. 4100 N., Spring Glen, Tim Flemmet. 7. Request for approval of Fausett Sisters LLC Subdivision, 1-lot & 2 agricultural waivers on 2500 East, Fausett Sisters LLC. 8. Request to amend the Woods Subdivision, 4 lots affected, 1500 East in Lower Miller Creek, Gene Woods. 9. Request for approval and a recommendation to the County Commission for a Conditional Use Permit to construct an accessory building in Section 21, T13S, R08E, SLBM, Coal Canyon, C&H Properties. 10. Request for concept approval of the Children's Justice Center and Active Reentry Subdivision, 2 lots, Fairgrounds Road, Planning Staff. 11. Review of land trade between Carbon County and College of Eastern Utah to accomodate new Highway 10 access. 12. Adjourn A copy of this notice was faxed and/or transmitted electronically to the Sun Advocate Newspaper, Radio Stations KOAL and KUSA, and the State of Utah Public Notice Website.
