At 5:30 p.m, prior to the regular City Council meeting the Council will meet at the intersection of 400 North and Center street to inspect the recently laid sidewalk along Center street. Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Council will hold a regular scheduled Council meeting on Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at the City Office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. The agenda is as follows: 1. Roll call 2. Opening ceremony 3. Approval of the agenda 4. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 5. Approval of disbursements 6. Citizen input 7. Sam Winward to discuss the City's plan for economic development 8. Fire department to discuss funds received from summer fires 9. Brent Bassett to discuss the possible use of the City Office for teaching hunter safety classes 10. Jed Clark, agent for Suzanne Mitton, to discuss the possibility of annexing some property at about 1100 South 200 East into the City 11. Discuss moving the future potential traffic light on Highway 89/91 from Caine Dairy road to 550 North 12. Discuss 2013 sidewalk project 13. Discuss City certified tax rate 14. Discuss the cell phone tower on City property at the "Big Curve" 15. Consider for adoption Resolution 2014-03 the "Municipal Wastewater Planning Program" 16. Department reports 17. City Manager/Recorders report
