- Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing as part of its regular meeting on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at the City Office at 75 East Main on Wellsville. Said public hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Mary Majocha for a conditional use to operate an antique and collectible business at 93 East Main, which is in the CN, Neighborhood Commercial zone.
