- HARRISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING August 25, 2009 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Harrisville will hold the regular council meeting on Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at the Harrisville City Hall, 363 W. Independence Blvd. which will begin at 7:00 P.M. The Agenda shall be as follows: Call to Order, Welcome Pledge of Allegiance – Council member Richins Opening Ceremony – Council member Richins CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS: a.Approval of agenda b.Approval of minutes from Council Meeting held July 28, 2009. AGENDA ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/ACTION 1.Presentation on property tax assessment – John Uliberri. 2.Upcoming projects – Gene Bingham. 3.Discussion on rental of Heritage Days booths – Darla Fowers. 4.Discussion and/or approval of real estate purchase and agreement – Bill Morris. 5.Set Heritage Days 2010 for July 30 & 31st – Mayor Hendrix. 6.Report on planning commission meeting held August 12, 2009. 7.Public comments. 8.Mayor/Council follow-up. Adjournment
