The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Presentation of bills for approval 7. At 6:05 conduct a public hearing to receive public input and consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission that the code 10-2-1 be amended to revise the definition of "Health Caregiver Dwelling Unit" 8. Continued consideration of the recommendation of the Planning Commission on a request from Dale McBride, agent for Ida Hill, that the zoning map be amended to rezone property at 685 East Main from RA-1 to CH Highway Commercial 9. Review for approval the Final Plat for the Steve Jenson Subdivision at 226 South 300 East, consisting of a total of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) 10. Discuss evaluation of the Red Slide Upper Detention Pond 11. Continued discussion of a proposed reservoir 12. Review for approval the proposed cooperative agreement with Utah Division of Wildlife Resources 13. Discuss Black Willow Park 14. Discuss concerns with metal storage containers being brought into the city for storage purposes 15. Department reports 16. City Manager/Recorders report
