NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at the Gunnison City Hall, 34 East 100 North, beginning at 7:00 p.m. Local Building Authority of Gunnison City, Utah 1) Consideration of Resolution 2009-3 LBA - Authorizing $700,000 Lease Revenue Bonds Series 2009B for the Purpose of Financing a New Fire Station and Related Improvements; Authorizing a Lease, Ground Lease, Master Resolution and Security Documents; Providing for the Payment and Security of the Bonds; and Related Matters. 2) Consideration of Resolution 2009-4 LBA - Authorizing $1,501,000 Lease Revenue Bonds Series 2009 for the Purpose of Financing a New City Hall and Related Improvements; Authorizing a Lease, Ground Lease, Master Resolution and Security Documents; Providing for the Payment and Security of the Bonds; and Related Matters. Gunnison City, Utah Council Business 3) Consideration of Resolution 2009-11 - Authorizing an Annually Renewable Lease Agreement; Authorizing the Issuance and Sale By the Local Building Authority of Gunnison City, Utah of its $700,000 Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2009B to Finance a New Fire Station; and Related Matters. 4) Consideration of Resolution 2009-12 - Authorizing an Annually Renewable Lease Agreement; Authorizing the Issuance and Sale By the Local Building Authority of Gunnison City, Utah of its $1,501,000 Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2009 to Finance a New City Hall; and Related Matters. 5) 7:30 p.m. Proposed Approval of a Temporary Use Permit for Wolverine Oil & Gas to drill at Approximately 400 South and West of 300 West – Bob Sorenson Property 6) Proposed Approval of City Council Meeting Minutes for August 5, 2009 7) Award Chip/Seal Road Project Bid; Award Surplus City Hall Items Bid 8) 8 p.m. - Outside City Limits Water Connection Request – Donna Gedge 9) Identification of Issues to be Included on Future Agendas 10) Bills and Adjustments 11) Closed Session 12) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order.
