Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Price City, Utah, will hold a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers, 185 East Main, Price, Utah, at 5:30 PM on 01/08/2014. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs.

7. ORDINANCE NO.2014-001. Consideration and possible approval of an Ordinance adopting the updates to the Price City Land Use Management and Development Code, 2008 Edition.

11. PRICE RIVER TRAIL PARKING LOT OUTDOOR EXERCISE EQUIPMENT STATION PROJECT (Project 8C-2013)—Picture Perfect Playgrounds Inc. final payment. Contract Amount: $41,014.85. Partial Payment #1: $11,604.84, #2: $18,092.04, Final #3: 11,317.97. Total Payments: $41,014.85.
12. TOWN SQUARE PERIMETER PROJECT (Project 3C-2013)-Approval of Local Government Contract with UDOT for Preconstruction Engineering. Contract has been reviewed by City Attorney.
13. CULTURE CONNECTION-Authorization to approve the only meeting date of February 12, 2014 at 12 noon at the Tuscan for the Culture Connection Committee.
14. EMMA PARK WELLS EASEMENT-Authorization to relinquish rights to SITLA Easement #1630. In 2010 the City obtained an easement covering 0.83 acres of State School and Institutional Trust Lands in the Emma Park area to allow access to a drinking water well site. The well site was abandoned and the easement is no longer needed.
15. CAREER LADDER PROMOTIONS - Consideration and approval to promote J. Clark and C. O'Neil from Laborer to Groundskeeper I.
16. EASY PROGRAM REIMBURSEMENT-Consideration and possible approval of an EASY program reimbursement to Tara Kalatzes for tangible property improvements at 15 East Main Street and 17 East Main Street.
17. RENEWABLE ENERGY RATE SCHEDULE. Consideration and possible approval of the updated renewal energy rate schedule due to transmission cost increases, effective 2-1-14.
18. BUSINESS ASSOCIATE AGREEMENT - Consideration and approval for the Mayor to execute a Business Associate Agreement between First West Benefit Solutions (FWBS) and Price City to protect the privacy and security of consumer health data. Ref attached memo and Agreement.
19. FINANCE - Authorization to approve budgeted mid-year fund transfers.
