PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 9, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers (south entrance), 86 E. 100 S., Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing to consider the request of Steve Allred for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a building height of 47 feet for the Allred’s Downtown mixed-use development, located at 24 East 100 North. OLD FORT NEIGHBORHOOD Public Hearing to consider the request of doTERRA to amend the Site Plan regarding open space landscaping located at approx. 1289 West Pleasant Grove Blvd. in the Grove Zone. SAM WHITE’S LANE NEIGHBORHOOD Public Hearing to consider the request of Lincoln Academy to amend Manila Heights Plat A to construct a new school building located at approx. 1582 West 3300 North in the RR (Rural Residential) zone. MANILA NEIGHBORHOOD Public Hearing to consider rezoning various properties between approximately 505 West to 125 West on the north side of State Street from Downtown Village to General Commercial (C-G) and Commercial Sales (C-S). OLD FORT AND SCRATCH GRAVEL NEIGHBORHOODS Public Hearing to consider adoption of the Pleasant Grove City Vicinity Map to provide long range planning for local neighborhood streets, per City Code Section 10-5-4. Public Hearing to consider approval of an ordinance amending Title 10, Chapter 14, Section 24, Subsection 3C-2, the Grove Interchange Subdistrict Permitted Uses, amending provisions regarding a limited professional office area, etc. For assistance in understanding the above items, you may contact Ken Young, Comm.
