- Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Council will conduct a public hearing as part of its regular Council meeting on Wednesday, January 25, 2014 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville at 6:45 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, then consider the recommendation of the Planning Commission, then consider for possible adoption the proposed landscape code.
