Approval of Business Licenses - CNC Construction Inc - Mark Castro The Freedom Coalition - James Mackley 5. Motion - Set Public Hearing for September 16, 2009 for a Re-zone of the James N. Randall Family LLC Property, from the A-1 Zone to the C-2 Commercial Zone, including land serial numbers 19-017-0064, 19-017-0018, 19-017-0020 and 19-017-0049 6. Motion - Preliminary and Final Approval of One Lot JE Subdivision located at 2209 North 2000 West - Morningstar Inc. 7.
