Description/Agenda: Prior to the regular scheduled Wellsville City Council meeting on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 there will be a public meeting in which the City Council will conduct a public meeting at 5:00 p.m. to conduct a workshop with the State Division of Water Quality regarding the proposed discharge permit for the City sewer lagoons. Said workshop will be at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. The agenda for City Council starting at 6:00 p.m.is as follows: 1. Roll call 2. Opening ceremony 3. Approval of the agenda 4. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 5. Approval of disbursements 6. Citizen input 7. Mt. Valley Heating & Air--business license 8. Hartoon Ara Shahbazian--business license 9. Workshop on the intrim landscape requirements 10. Workshop on the proposed "Affordable Housing Plan" 11. Department reports 12. City Manager/Recorders report
