MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, December 19, 2013, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING – THURSDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2013 – 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Discussion/action on Minutes. 4. Presentation on the Independent Audit Report for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2013: Independent Auditor. 5. Discussion/action on approval of the Independent Audit Report for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2013. 6. Presentation of the annual awards: Mayor Butler. 7. Adjourn until January 16, 2014. 8. Convene the annual Christmas Party with Planning Commission and volunteers. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor and councilors, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about December 12, 2013. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on 400 North, and 3) America First Credit Union at 12th and 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda. BECKY L.
