NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold a Public Hearing along with its regularly scheduled City Council Meeting Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center beginning at 12:00 p.m. Noon. 1) Invocation 2) 12:00 p.m. Public Hearing to Receive Public Comment Regarding the Environmental Assessment for the Gunnison City Water Project 3) Proposed Approval of Ordinance 2013-8, Water Conservation Plan Ordinance ~John Iverson, Sunrise Engineering 4) Discuss Codifying Company, Municipal Code Online, to Update City Ordinances and Proposed Approval of Resolution 2013-10 5) Proposed Approval of Hiring New Pool Employees ~ Council Member Judy 6) Discuss Current P&Z Compliance Issues with Proposed Approval of Solutions 7) Proposed Approval of the Legacy Wall MOU in Collaboration with the Casino Star Theatre Foundation 8) Discuss and Proposed Approval of Formation and Members of Economic Development Board 9) Bi-Annual Budget Review and Discussion Regarding needed Adjustments and Modifications 10) Future Items to be Listed on Agenda 11) Proposed Approval City Council Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, November 6, 2013, Open and Closed Sessions and Wednesday, November 20, 2013, Open and Closed Sessions 12) Proposed Approval Bills and Adjustments 13) Closed Session 14) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
