The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Rhonda Savoy-discuss building on 11-088-0002----715 East 400 North 7. At 6:15 conduct the following public hearings in the order listed below: A. Receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Hartoon Ara Shahbazian for a conditional use to operate a knife manufacturing business and to sublease portions of said property at 185 East 300 North (Northern Utah Manuf.) for storage. Said property is in the manufacturing zone. B. Receive public input then consider for approval a request from Sweetly You, Jeff Smith agent, for a conditional use for an online and brick and mortar business for a salon & bath & beauty products sales at 53 East Main, which is in the CN, Neighborhood Commercial zone. C. Receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Vest Max, Inc., Jeff Smith agent, for a conditional use for an online and brick & mortar business for a toy store at 53 East, which is in the CN, Neighborhood Commercial zone. 8. Continued workshop on the intrim landscape requirements 9. Workshop with Steve Kyriopoulos on proposed truck stop on the NE corner of the intersection of Highway 89/91 and 400 North 10. Workshop on the proposed "Affordable Housing Plan" 11. Lot line approval on the property on the North side of 600 South from 100 West to 200 West 12. Other zoning matters
