- 1. CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Steve Weiss 2. CONSENT AGENDA: Approval of minutes of meeting held November 13, 2013. 3. PUBLIC HEARING/discussion/consideration to approve two conditional uses of (1) cabinet assembly & spraying in an accessory structure (garage), and (2) caretaker duplex for commercial property located at 2323 North 750 West - Colton Rasmussen. 4. LAND USE PRESENTATION - Utah Local Governments Trust 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS: This is an opportunity to address the Planning Commission regarding your concerns or ideas on land use issues. Comments are limited to three minutes. The Planning Commission cannot take action on any item brought to the Planning Commissions’ attention except to instruct staff to place this item on a future agenda. 6. ADJOURN:
