Box 790 Gunnison, Utah 84634 Phone 528-7696 Fax 528-7958 Notice of Regular Meeting and Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Gunnison City Planning and Zoning Committee will hold a Public Hearing along withtheir regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at Gunnison City Hall, 38 west Center, which meeting shall begin at 6:00 p.m. The agenda is as follows: 1. Read and approve minutes. 2. Public Hearing: Warren Morgan is requesting a lot split at approximately 200 North 200 West 3. Request to move trailer: Mai Stitt is requesting permission to move established trailer at approximately 350 west Center Street and replace it with a new trailer. 4. Discussion on private road. 5. Identification of issues members would like on future agendas. Dated and Posted: December 3, 2013 ____________________ Stella S.
