Description/Agenda: The Nibley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request for preliminary plat approval for the Blacksmith Fork Mini Ranches, a 13 lot subdivision located at approximately 3700 South 250 East in Nibley, UT. This public hearing will be held Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at 7:15 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Nibley City Hall, 455 W. 3200 S. Nibley, UT. The Nibley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider proposed changes to the Nibley City Subdivision Ordinance. This public hearing will be held Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard, at the Nibley City Hall, 455 W. 3200 S. Nibley, UT.
