Consideration and Approval of SNT Enterprises, L.C.’S Request for a Change of Collateral. C. Consideration and Adoption of Resolution No. 663.02, “Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City Approving the Amended Terms of a Participation and Reimbursement Agreement with Scrap, LLC, for a Proportionate Share of Costs of Architectural and Engineering Fees, and LEED Certification and Registration Fees for the Development of Property Located at 850 South 400 West, Salt Lake City, Utah.” D. Discussion and Approval of Interim Use Strategy for the Wilmington Avenue Property. E. Discussion And Motion Regarding Use of Funds Allocated for the Sugar House Streetcar Project. 7.
