At 6:05 conduct a public hearing to receive public input and consider making a recommendation to the City Council that 10-2-1 of the code be amended to revise the definition of "Health Caregiver Dwelling Unit". 7. Continued consideration of a request from Reese Roundy for a conditional use for a "Health Caregiver Dwelling Unit" at his home at 305 East 100 North 8. Continued consideration for a zoning clearance for a detached garage for Bill Belka at 193 East 100 South 9. Continued consideration for making a recommendation to the City Council on a request from Dale McBride, agent for Ida Hill, that the zoining map be amended to rezone property at 685 East Main from RA-1 to CH, Highway Commercial 10.Nathan Plowman-lot line adjustment 11. Justin Cooper-review site plan for home, barn and shop 12.Tracy Bailey-discuss building at 35 West 400 North 13. Moncrete Inc.-to discuss use of building at 35 West 400 North 14.Review for approval the Final Plat for the Steve Jenson Subdivision at 226 South 300 East, consisting of a total of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) 15. Continued workshop on the Land Use Tables 16.Other zoning matters
