Public Hearing: GP-13-004 A recommendation to the City Council to establish a new future land use designation called Master Planned Mixed Use (MPMU) and amend the Future Land Use Map to designate approximately 60 undeveloped acres, located between 700 West and the Jordan River at approximately 3610 South, from General Commercial and High Density Residential to Master Plan Mixed Use (MPMU). Action Item Address: 3610 South 900 West Applicant: Utah Transit Authority and Thackeray Garn 2. Public Meeting: T-13-009 A recommendation to the City Council to amend Chapters 17.11 and 17.13 of the South Salt Lake Municipal Code establishing the Master Planned Mixed Use (MPMU) district.
