MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m., the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2013 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Discussion/action on 2013 meeting schedule. 4. Public hearing on application for land use map amendment for Manufacturing and site plan amendment at 1351 South 1900 West by Conrock. 5. Discussion/action application for land use map amendment for Manufacturing and site plan amendment at 1351 South 1900 West by Conrock. 6. Public hearing on a 19 lot Subdivision by the DeVries Family at 1850 West 700 South. 7. Discussion/action on preliminary and final approval on a 19 lot Subdivision by the DeVries Family at 1850 West 700 South. 8. Public hearing on General Plan and Zoning Ordinance and Map amendments: a. Transportation Plan Element of the General Plan. b. Institutional and Technology in the General Plan designation on 400 North. c. Institutional and Technology Zoning Ordinance. 9. Discussion/action on public hearing: a. Transportation Plan Element of the General Plan. b. Institutional and Technology in the General Plan designation on 400 North. c. Institutional and Technology Zoning Ordinance. 10. Commission and staff follow-up. 11. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the commissioners, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about November 14, 2013.
